Job Overview:

This position reports to the Executive Director, Commercial Strategy & Launch Lead – Enzomenib and is part of the Enzomenib marketing team, which supports launch planning and commercialization of Enzomenib. The HCP Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategy for Enzomenib, a novel menin inhibitor being developed for acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The role works closely with the Executive Director and cross-functional partners to align HCP strategy and execution with evolving market dynamics, emerging clinical data, business objectives, and commercial priorities.

This individual will translate clinical data and brand strategy into effective promotional materials, digital content, peer-to-peer initiatives, congress activities, and field resources. Success requires strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution, including content development, agency management, promotional review, budget tracking, material updates, and cross-functional coordination.

Essential Functions Required for Job:

  • Lead development and execution of the HCP marketing strategy for Enzomenib, aligned with the overall brand strategy, business objectives, and commercial priorities.
  • Own the HCP messaging approach and ensure consistent positioning across promotional materials, peer-to-peer initiatives, field resources, congress activities, and digital channels.
  • Translate complex AML clinical and scientific data into compelling, compliant, and differentiated messaging for hematologists, leukemia specialists, transplant physicians, advanced practice providers, and other relevant HCP stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Executive Director to refine brand positioning, HCP engagement priorities, and the tactical plan.
  • Develop branded promotional resources, sales tools, digital content, and educational materials that support field engagement and customer communication.
  • Lead agency partners through strategy development, content creation, revisions, production, approval, and deployment.
  • Manage projects from concept through execution while maintaining quality, scientific accuracy, compliance, timelines, and budget discipline.
  • Own routine HCP marketing operations, including project plans, status meetings, material updates, document routing, budget tracking, invoice review, vendor coordination, and cross-functional follow-up.
  • Prepare materials and submissions for Promotional Review Committee review; consolidate feedback, manage revisions, and ensure approved content is deployed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain current inventories of promotional materials and coordinate updates, expiration management, field communications, and executional details.
  • Support development and execution of peer-to-peer education initiatives.
  • Apply market research, field insights, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and performance data to refine HCP strategy and optimize tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Omnichannel, Analytics, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial Operations, and other partners to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Serve as the HCP marketing lead on relevant cross-functional initiatives and contribute to annual brand planning, tactical planning, strategic reviews, forecast discussions, and launch readiness activities within the scope of HCP marketing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (general & technical):

  • Strong strategic marketing capabilities with demonstrated ability to translate insights into clear, actionable HCP plans.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, lean, and evolving environment.
  • Strong understanding of oncology and/or hematology clinical data, with the ability to translate science into meaningful commercial messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, including detailed and routine executional work, while maintaining attention to quality and deadlines.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and influence skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation capabilities, including the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Experience managing agencies and leading content development from brief through approval and deployment.
  • Strong project management skills, including ownership of timelines, budgets, reviews, and operational follow-through.
  • Learning agility and comfort operating in an ambiguous and highly competitive market.
  • High degree of accountability, sound judgment, and willingness to roll up sleeves to complete the work required.
  • High degree of organizational awareness, with the ability to connect interdependencies and understand the broader business context.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree such as MBA, PharmD, MS, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry with Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years Oncology experience required; hematology experience strongly preferred.
  • Must have previous experience developing and executing HCP marketing strategies for specialty products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a pre-launch or launch-stage oncology product preferred.
  • Demonstrated success translating clinical data into effective promotional messaging and customer engagement tactics.
  • Experience working with academic medical centers, oncology networks, and key opinion leaders preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AML treatment paradigms and hematology market dynamics preferred.
  • Experience with promotional review processes, agency management, budget ownership, and tactical execution required.

Travel Requirements: Primarily remote role with periodic on-site meetings in office. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Mental/Physical Requirements: Fast-paced environment handling multiple demands is involved. Must be able to exercise appropriate judgment as necessary. Requires a high level of initiative and independence. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Requires ability to use a personal computer for extended periods of time.

This is an individual contributor role and does not have direct reports or formal people‑management responsibilities.


Travel Requirements:

Primarily remote role with periodic on-site meetings in office. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

The base salary range for this role is

$196,100.00 - $245,100.00

Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
