Head Accountant

Head Accountant DeepSense Tech Holding is hiring a Head Accountant. Manage EU/CY service providers, oversee Xero, ensure IFRS compliance, and architect a fully automated financial framework. Your core mission is to ensure that numbers are highly accurate, processes are completely transparent, and the operational structure is scalable. Responsibilities Oversee Xero infrastructure, consolidate data, and automate reporting flows. Architect and oversee the management and financial accounting structures across multiple jurisdictions (Cyprus / EU). Strategically coordinate and manage local external service providers (accounting, tax, and audit agencies), ensuring strict quality control of their reports. Control the quality of VAT, payroll, IP Box, R&D credits, and licensing calculations submitted by local agencies. Generate consolidated management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) to provide the CEO with an objective, transparent picture of the business. Act as the primary financial point of contact for lawyers, banks, and tax consultants. Systematize workflows so that within a year, the financial operations run smoothly with zero manual data entry on your end. Requirements Proven hands-on experience with Xero. 7+ years of experience in accounting / corporate finance (IT / FinTech background is a strong plus). Experience managing international corporate structures (Cyprus / EU / UK). Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and multi-entity reporting. Advanced Excel skills. ACCA / ACA / CPA certification is a strong advantage. Language: Russian, English Nice to Have Experience in process automation or successful ERP implementation. Proficiency in BI systems (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau). A strong passion for AI and the automation of financial processes.
