Head Clerk

Role Description The Owner will lead Yet I'm Still Learning’s vision, strategy, and daily operations in a part-time, remote capacity. This role includes designing and refining programs, tools, and content that promote growth mindsets and support learners through emotional and cognitive challenges. The Owner will engage with clients and partners, facilitate online sessions or workshops, and provide individualized guidance to help people reframe limiting beliefs. Responsibilities also include managing digital platforms, overseeing marketing and outreach, and building relationships that expand the organization’s impact. The Owner will continuously evaluate program effectiveness, collect feedback, and adjust offerings to ensure they remain relevant and supportive for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, counseling, or education with a focus on mindset, personal development, or emotional resilience.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver online programs, workshops, or learning materials that promote growth and self-awareness.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and the capacity to explain complex ideas in clear, supportive language.
• Experience managing remote operations, including scheduling, digital tools, basic project management, and online community engagement.
• Comfort working with individuals facing emotional or motivational challenges, with a non-judgmental, inclusive, and ethical approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with skills in basic business planning, branding, and digital presence (social media, website, or online platforms).
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and maintain consistency in a part-time, remote environment.
• Prior experience in coaching, psychology, education, or related fields is beneficial; relevant certifications in coaching or mental wellness are a plus.
