About Traffic Label Traffic Label is a fast-growing, data-driven technology company operating in the iGaming and affiliate marketing space, building scalable products focused on performance, analytics, and automation across global markets. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Head of Acquisition to take ownership of our acquisition function and drive its next stage of growth across international markets. You will lead existing affiliate teams, shape the overall acquisition strategy and identify new opportunities to strengthen our market presence and expand the business. This is a senior leadership role with significant responsibility and autonomy. It combines people leadership, affiliate and performance marketing, content, analytics and commercial decision-making. You will be joining an international and multicultural business, working with people across different countries and markets. The role involves frequent international travel, so flexibility and the ability to travel regularly are essential. This is a full-time position based in Prague, Czech Republic . Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the overall acquisition strategy and direction. Lead and develop existing affiliate teams, creating a strong culture of ownership, accountability and results. Identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion across international markets. Develop and optimise affiliate and performance marketing strategies. Build and strengthen relationships with affiliates and strategic partners. Use data, analytics and market insights to guide decisions and identify opportunities. Monitor acquisition performance and ensure resources are focused on the right channels and markets. Oversee affiliate platforms, marketing tools and tracking solutions. Set clear goals, priorities and performance expectations across the function. Build scalable processes that support future business growth. Collaborate with senior leadership and teams across different markets. Travel regularly to meet teams, partners and key stakeholders. Skills & Experience Must Have Strong experience in the gambling / iGaming industry. Strong affiliate marketing experience. Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms. Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing tools and tracking systems. Nice to Have Proven people management and leadership experience. Experience leading and developing teams in an international environment. Strong understanding of performance marketing. Good understanding of content marketing. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data. Commercial mindset with the ability to connect acquisition activity with wider business goals. Experience working across multiple countries and markets. Ability to take ownership, make decisions and operate with a high level of autonomy. Fluent English. Willingness and ability to travel frequently. What We Offer Salary range: CZK 120,000–150,000 gross per month. A senior leadership role with significant ownership and autonomy.
