Eve Curls is a fast-growing, fully bootstrapped curly hair care brand. We do €2M+ a month on Shopify. On Amazon, we do €80K.

That gap is the opportunity.

We sell across the US, UK and EU, with a fairly even split today. The US is where most of our growth will come from next.

What we're looking for

Someone who will help us go from present on Amazon to dominant on Amazon. Not slow, steady growth. Category leadership.

You'll own Amazon for us worldwide, end to end:

• All accounts, all marketplaces. US, UK and every EU marketplace
• Ads. Full strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP
• Listings. SEO, A+ content, Brand Store, images, video, variations
• Back end. Account health, Brand Registry, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, catalog errors
• Amazon support. Opening cases, escalating, and solving the headaches so we don't have to
• Growth bets. Launches, promotions, pricing, Subscribe & Save, reviews, new marketplaces

How you work

• Hands-on. You're in the accounts every day, not sending a monthly report
• An extension of our team. Not a slow corporate agency. Direct Slack access, fast replies, real ownership
• Aggressive. You spot the opportunities and push to take the bets needed to win
• Numbers-driven. TACoS, margin, rank, conversion. You know them and act on them

What you bring

• Proven track record scaling a brand on Amazon to seven figures a month
• Experience across both US and EU marketplaces
• Beauty, personal care or CPG experience is a strong plus
• Deep knowledge of Seller Central, including the painful parts
