Trybe is a fast-growing, performance-based creator marketing platform helping brands scale through high-performing user-generated content (UGC).

We connect brands with creators who produce authentic, engaging content that brands can turn into high-performing paid ads. We're building a new way for brands and creators to grow together, and we're looking for ambitious people to join us.

We're looking for a Head of ANZ to launch and lead Trybe's business across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a true leadership role. You'll shape our strategy for the region and, to start, do it all yourself: bringing on new brands, growing them, and managing their relationships. As the region grows, it's on you to build a full team and division.

We're looking for someone extremely charismatic, entrepreneurial, and a natural leader who wants to build something from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Build and own Trybe's go-to-market strategy for Australia and New Zealand.
• Bring on new consumer brands through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Get brands live and help them scale their creator programs and paid media performance.
• Manage and grow brand relationships across the region.
• Represent Trybe in the local market with brands, agencies, and partners.
• Hire and build a regional team as the business grows.
• Work closely with leadership to share market insights and shape Trybe's international expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, with a track record of building or growing a business.
• Strong network across consumer brands, e-commerce, or agencies in Australia and New Zealand.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow accounts.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong presence with founders and senior marketing leaders.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable building from scratch.
• Leadership experience or a clear ambition to build and lead a team.
• Comfortable working across time zones with a US-based leadership team.
• Experience in e-commerce, DTC, paid media, or the creator economy is a strong plus.
• Must be based in Australia or New Zealand with the right to work locally.
