• Location: Remote, with occasional travel to our Bradford and London offices
• Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Salary: £80,000 per annum

Lead the future of business design at Anchor

We're looking for an experienced and influential leader to join Anchor as our Head of Business Design & Partnering. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping how change is designed across the organisation, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into effective operating models, services and business outcomes. You'll work closely with senior leaders to influence decision-making, set design standards and lead a high-performing Business Design function.

What you'll be doing

• Leading Anchor's Business Design function, providing enterprise-wide leadership for business design, service design and business architecture.
• Partnering with Directors and Executive Sponsors to shape change initiatives, define future operating models and ensure successful organisational outcomes.
• Establishing and maintaining design governance, standards and assurance across major transformation programmes.
• Driving alignment across business change activity, ensuring solutions are coherent, compliant and operationally viable.
• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Business Design Partners and Business Design Analysts to build capability and deliver organisational priorities.

What we're looking for

• Significant senior leadership experience within Business Design, Service Design, Business Architecture or a related strategic change discipline.
• Proven experience working with Executive teams and senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and providing constructive challenge.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate strategy into practical operating and service models.
• Experience of design governance, assurance and leading enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Experience within housing, health, care or another complex regulated environment would be advantageous.
