Head of Business Development

We build and grow online stores, and we run our own. zamani, our heritage watch band brand, sells across the GCC and beyond from a store we built and operate ourselves. One Bit Launch takes what works for zamani and does it for other brands: store builds, growth programmes, and automations that catch problems before customers do.

We are looking for one exceptional person to take that to market. Remote, Dubai preferred.

What you will do

• Find and win e-commerce brands that want to grow: founders, D2C brands, retailers going online
• Run the full deal yourself: prospect, call, meet, pitch, send the written proposal the same day, follow up, close, collect.
• Build partner channels with logistics, payments and marketplace companies that serve the same merchants.
• Sell zamani to companies and retailers too: custom branded wristbands and bands for corporates, events and national days, and placing zamani in the right stores.
• Travel when a deal is real, and close it in the room.
• Keep the pipeline honest, every week.

You are probably right for this if

• You have closed services or B2B deals yourself, and you can tell us who signed, how much, and how long it took.
• You have sold to e-commerce, D2C or retail brands, or into the ecosystem around them: agencies, platforms, payments, logistics.
• You speak Arabic and English fluently.
• Dubai with your own residency is preferred. Remote works too if you are in a nearby time zone and can travel to Dubai and the Gulf to meet clients and close.
• You follow up without being chased, and a proposal that sits for a week bothers you.

What we offer

• Built for closers: 20% commission on what your clients pay in their first year with us, rising to 30% above target. Uncapped. Top closers earn AED 20k+ a month.
• A base salary, plus a guaranteed commission floor for your first three months while your pipeline builds.
• Car, phone and health allowance. Travel covered for deal trips.
• Real proof to sell with: a brand we built and run ourselves, live client work, and a team that delivers.
• A small team where your numbers are visible and your wins are yours. You work directly with the founder.
