Leading a multidisciplinary team of project managers, transformation leads, business analysts, and business systems specialists, you will own the identification, prioritisation, and delivery of an enterprise-wide portfolio of transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value through improved efficiency, enhanced customer and employee experiences, and organisational scalability.
This role is fundamental in positioning the business at the forefront of the SaaS industry within the education sector. By evolving our operating model, embedding best practices, and leveraging technology, AI, and data-driven decision making, you will help build a lean, highly efficient, and scalable organisation capable of sustaining long-term growth, accelerating value creation, and delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and employees alike.

- Partner with senior leaders to identify, shape, and deliver business change that enables growth, operational effectiveness, and organisational performance.
- Establish governance, performance measures, and visibility across the transformation portfolio to ensure successful delivery and value realisation.
Acquisition Integration (as required)
- Lead the operational integration of acquired businesses when acquisitions occur.
- Support post-acquisition planning and value realisation activities to maximise business and customer benefits.
- Align operating models, processes, systems, and governance frameworks to successfully deliver integration objectives.
