Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The Carrier & Facility Reporting Manager is a highly visible leadership role within CRC Group’s Risk Solutions team, responsible for the accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of carrier and facility-level reporting across CRC’s proprietary capacity vehicles and external capital partner relationships. This role leads a team of Operations Analysts and serves as the functional reporting lead across a growing set of Risk Solutions initiatives — including Cornerstone Capacity, Fractal Re, and Strategic ILS engagements — with accountability for reporting operations, data quality, process modernization, and investor and reinsurer reporting. Working in close partnership with carrier operations, data engineering, and investor reporting stakeholders, this individual brings subject matter expertise to complex, non-routine reporting challenges, drives the transition from manual to automated workflows, and ensures that sophisticated institutional partners, reinsurers, and Lloyd’s counterparties receive accurate, auditable reporting on a reliable cadence. The role reports to the Head of Risk Solutions Operations & Strategic Planning. Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. • Lead the collection, review, and delivery of carrier and facility-level reporting, including monthly bordereaux, quarterly transaction reporting, and treaty performance statements across the Risk Solutions portfolio. • Serve as the primary operational contact for carrier reporting partners across Risk Solutions facilities, coordinating timely submissions, resolving questions, and maintaining strong working relationships. • Oversee reconciliation activities between carrier-reported data and CRC source systems including AIM, EPIC, and Omega; identify discrepancies and drive timely, practical resolution. • Lead the modernization of reporting operations, transitioning manual and spreadsheet-based processes into automated, scalable workflows within the Cornerstone/Starwind EDW architecture. • Partner with data engineering teams to define ingestion requirements, establish data quality standards, and build reconciliation logic for carrier bordereaux, system-generated reports, and claims TPA reporting. • Drive execution of the Centralize Carrier Reporting workstream within the Cornerstone data initiative, ensuring all carrier report types are fully integrated into the Cornerstone ingestion pipeline. • Support Power BI dashboard development by ensuring underlying data is complete, well-structured, and consistently reconciled for reporting use. • Produce and enhance reporting packages for external capital partners, including investors and capacity carriers, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. • Own the Quarterly Transaction Report process under the Cornerstone Capacity Agreement, coordinating with the reinsurance broker on aggregate reporting obligations and ensuring fee calculation inputs are correct and auditable. • Partner with the treaty documentation function to ensure carrier and facility reporting is tied to an accurate, up-to-date treaty register. • Maintain a complete, auditable record of participation percentages, premium caps, treaty periods, and reporting obligations across all active vehicles and carrier relationships. • Support the Power Apps/Dataverse treaty management implementation by defining reporting-layer requirements and data linkages to the Cornerstone EDW. • Develop and maintain a suite of management information outputs covering GWP flows, capacity utilization, loss ratios, and profit commission tracking across all facilities, structured for both internal and external stakeholder audiences. • Provide the Operations and Actuarial teams with clean, reconciled data sets to support CAT modeling, pricing, and reserve analyses. • Define and enforce data quality standards and reporting KPIs across the platform, creating visibility into reporting timeliness, error rates, and reconciliation exceptions. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Analysts; define team roles, workflows, and accountability structures as the platform scales. • Serve as the escalation point within the reporting function for data quality issues, carrier disputes, and deadline-critical deliverables. • Partner with the Head of Risk Solutions Operations & Strategic Planning to identify resourcing gaps and support future hiring decisions within the function. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • 5-7 years of experience in insurance operations, reinsurance reporting, MGA administration, or a related financial operations environment within specialty insurance or reinsurance. • Deep expertise in bordereau management, treaty reporting, and carrier accounting processes across quota share, binding authority, and follow facility structures. • Hands-on experience with data reconciliation, EDW environments, and BI tooling; Databricks and Power BI experience strongly preferred. • Experience leading or mentoring a team, with the ability to support analyst development, provide oversight, and design effective day-to-day workflows. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive modernization efforts while keeping core reporting operations running smoothly. • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working in a build environment where processes are still being shaped and refined. • Working knowledge of Lloyd’s reporting conventions and/or ILS operational requirements preferred. • Familiarity with AIM, EPIC, Omega, or comparable insurance operating systems preferred. CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS • No specific certifications required; CPCU, ARM, or equivalent designations are a plus. FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Bordereau management, treaty reporting, and carrier accounting across quota share, binding authority, and follow facility structures. • Data reconciliation across insurance source systems (AIM, EPIC, Omega) and EDW environments. • Power BI dashboard development and data quality management within Cornerstone/Starwind architecture. • Investor and reinsurer reporting, including Quarterly Transaction Reports and profit commission tracking. • Treaty documentation management — participation percentages, premium caps, treaty periods, and reporting obligations. • People leadership — coaching, developing, and managing a team of Operations Analysts. • Process modernization — transitioning manual reporting workflows to automated, scalable data pipelines. • Strong analytical and written communication skills; ability to present reconciled data and management information to senior leadership and external partners.
