TL;DR
We're hiring a Head of Clinical Partnerships to own our provider data network end to end: bringing new specialty practices into the network, getting them live, and making every partner a long-term advocate. Our provider relationships are the foundation of everything we build, and this role is their champion. This is a founding team role for someone who loves working with physicians and practices.

The network nearly doubled in the last two quarters. This role exists to grow it faster, get partners live sooner, and make Century Health the most provider-friendly data company in the industry.

Responsibilities
As Head of Clinical Partnerships you will own the full provider lifecycle: growth, implementation, and long-term engagement. You will work directly with the founders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own provider growth: source, pitch, and sign new specialty practices and physician networks, and build a repeatable playbook for each specialty.
Own implementation: run each partner from signature to live, coordinating data agreements, EHR integration, and internal teams, and steadily shorten time to onboard.
Own engagement and retention: run recurring check-ins and clinical reviews, deliver dashboards and status reporting, and turn reactive status requests into proactive communication.
Own provider economics: manage revenue share reporting and payments so every partner knows exactly what their data has earned.
Coordinate legal workstreams with counsel, including data partnership agreements and BAAs, and keep contracting timelines short.
Be the voice of the provider inside Century Health, shaping product and roadmap decisions around what practices actually need.
Requirements
6+ years in provider-facing roles: physician network development, MSO or specialty practice operations, value-based care partnerships, or health data network growth.
Track record of signing and managing partnerships with independent physician practices and provider groups, including navigating practice administrators, clinical leadership, and physician owners.
Strong project management skills; you can run many implementations at once without dropping any of them.
Comfort with healthcare data concepts (EHRs, de-identification, HIPAA, BAAs) and with coordinating counsel on agreements.
A relationship builder physicians trust: responsive, straightforward, and organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to travel to partner sites and specialty conferences as needed.
