Our vision is to bring to market a low-cost artificial intelligence enabled fundus camera and automated diagnostics platform for early screening of Diabetic Retinopathy. Key areas of focus for the position include: ● Define and drive the organization's global clinical research strategy aligned with business and product objectives. ● Provide executive oversight of clinical studies from protocol development through study completion and publication. ● Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and regulatory bodies. ● Lead the clinical research portfolio, ensuring scientific excellence, regulatory compliance, quality, timelines, and budget adherence. ● Drive clinical evidence generation to support regulatory approvals, product commercialization, and market expansion. ● Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the clinical research team, fostering a high-performance and innovation-driven culture. ● Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Product, and Commercial teams to integrate clinical insights into product development and business strategy. ● Represent OIVI at scientific conferences, advisory boards, industry forums, and key customer engagements. ● Provide scientific and clinical leadership for publications, marketing claims, and external communications. ● Contribute as a member of OIVI's leadership team, supporting organizational growth, global expansion, and strategic decision-making. Qualifications: PhD/MBBS in biological sciences or related medical/scientific field with a minimum 5-year leading clinical studies 3+ years of clinical project management experience with global clinical studies Proven track record of successfully building and managing global teams, with an emphasis on organisational and operational excellence Experience in all study phases desired Strong regulatory knowledge, including Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deal with competing priorities, also strong reasoning and problem-solving ability Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills along with leadership qualities Knowledge of global clinical trial management in a fast paced environment. Ability to assemble a plan and execute on the details Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Proven successful experience managing Class II preferably diabetes/ device studies Data-driven decision-making mindset Life at Oivi: At Oivi, our primary focus is to create an environment that fosters growth for our team members.
