You will be the creative authority for the brand, responsible for the quality, consistency and impact of everything we put into the world, from product film and photography to web, print and live events. You will work closely with the CMO and the Head of PR and lead a small in-house creative studio. The company is small, the goals are demanding and the pace is high.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the function: Own the creative team, workflow, budget and resourcing, blending in-house talent with agencies, copywriters and freelancers to deliver first-class work.
- Lead the work from concept to delivery: Art direct every shoot and campaign, owning the quality of the output and the results it delivers.
- Own content direction: Help shape and deliver a content strategy built around our brand pillars that reaches the right audiences, with a clear view of what success looks like.
- Unite copy and design: Direct tone of voice and copy alongside visual work. Own and evolve the brand guidelines and roll them out consistently across global markets.
- Connect product and marketing: Work with Engineering, Product and Marketing to shape creative requirements early in product development.
- Be a voice of the brand: Present the brand and creative direction to listeners, press, retailers and internal teams with confidence.
- Build the process: Put in place the planning, briefing and approval processes that let a small team deliver at pace without compromising standards.
- Stay hands-on: Pitch in and support design at busy times with the right skills and tools.
Requirements
- Creative Director/Head of Creative experience leading creative teams and external partners, including remotely, delivering on time and on budget across the campaign lifecycle from concept to delivery.
- A strong creative portfolio across multiple mediums and channels, including AV, Stills, Digital and ATL.

- Passion for music, contemporary culture and technology.
- Deep understanding of how brand contributes to business growth, helping Cambridge Audio reach new audiences, drive product relevance, and open up new opportunities.
- Experience in hiring, nurturing and developing creative talent.
- Experienced in the use of and experimentation with AI as a copilot, or at least genuinely receptive and excited to experiment with AI design tools and integrate them into your workflow.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to represent the brand.
- Strong planning and project management skills in a small, scaling business.
