📍 Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

🕒 Working Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Head of Data Governance & Architecture to drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives and establish a scalable, trusted data environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Governance, Data Management, Enterprise Data Architecture, and emerging AI Governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide Data Governance and Data Management frameworks.
• Drive AI Governance and Responsible AI initiatives.
• Establish and improve Metadata Management and Data Lineage practices.
• Ensure data quality, data ownership, transparency, and accountability.
• Lead Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Modelling initiatives.
• Manage senior stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary data teams.

Work Arrangement:

• Full-time office attendance during the onboarding period.
• Hybrid working arrangement (2 days per week in the office) after onboarding.
• Flexibility to choose the primary office location, with travel to an alternative office location every two weeks.
