In this key position, you’ll shape and elevate the performance of our brands, Pincamp and ANWB Camping, whilst reporting directly to the Director of Demand & Conversion. What you can expect Marketing Strategy & Budget: Take full ownership of shaping the marketing strategy and guide the end-to-end budget allocation for our brands Pincamp and ANWB Camping. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower the digital marketing team (currently 9 team members) to foster growth and high performance. Performance Marketing: Expand and refine performance marketing channels with a strong focus on AI-driven automation. Retention & Owned Channels: Further develop our customer retention strategy and scale our owned channels to build lasting customer relationships. Brand Marketing & Shareholder Alignment: Execute brand marketing initiatives in close collaboration with our shareholders (ADAC, ANWB, TCS). MarTech & Analytics: Develop and enhance the marketing technology stack, including digital analytics and performance steering frameworks. Agency Management: Build and manage strong, collaborative partnerships with external agencies. Wobei kannst du uns helfen? What you should bring Experience: 6+ years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, paired with proven experience in guiding and supporting teams. Budget Management: Strong background in managing and optimizing 7-figure marketing budgets. Channel Expertise: Proficient in steering SEO and performance channels, with strong expertise in developing and implementing engaging CRM strategies. Analytical & Technical Mindset: Deep understanding of web tracking and attribution, with a clear vision of how automation and AI can elevate marketing operations. Communication: Ability to connect with people, break down complex topics, and present or negotiate comfortably in both German and English (minimum C1 level). Bonus Skill: Fluent in Dutch?
