We're looking for a Head of Digital Workplace to lead the end-to-end digital workplace experience across T&G. The opportunity This role is about much more than keeping the Service Desk running. You'll shape how our people experience technology every day, from the tools they use to collaborate and communicate, to the devices they work on, the support they receive and the way new technology is introduced. You'll lead Service Desk and Field Support, IT Service Management, Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms, end-user device management and the adoption of new digital capabilities. You'll also have an important role in how T&G approaches GenAI and tools such as Microsoft Copilot , helping us move from experimentation to responsible, practical and valuable use. The opportunity is to create a digital workplace that is reliable and secure, but also intuitive, modern and genuinely useful to our people. What you'll shape Define T&G's digital workplace strategy and roadmap. Lead Service Desk and Field Support, creating a high-quality and customer-focused support experience. Own IT Service Management practices across incident, problem, change, request and asset management. Lead our Microsoft 365, Teams, email and collaboration environment. Shape the strategy and lifecycle for end-user devices and technology. Lead the enablement, adoption and governance of GenAI user tools, including Microsoft Copilot. Improve onboarding, training and adoption of new technology and ways of working. Use service data, employee feedback and experience measures to continuously improve the digital workplace. Partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Data and other technology leaders to ensure services are secure, scalable and fit for purpose. Lead strategic workplace technology vendors and service providers. Build a strong customer service culture and develop the capability of the digital workplace team. What you'll bring You'll be an experienced digital workplace, end-user services or IT operations leader who understands that technology is ultimately about people and productivity . You'll bring significant leadership experience across Service Desk, end-user support or digital workplace environments, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management and Microsoft 365. You'll be comfortable balancing operational excellence with longer-term transformation and will know how to improve service quality without losing sight of the experience of the person using the technology. Experience driving adoption of new workplace technology, organisational change or workforce transformation would be valuable. We're particularly interested in leaders who are curious about the potential of GenAI and can turn that curiosity into practical, responsible adoption. Why T&G?
