This role will also involve conducting market research to inform our product strategy. Responsibilities: Blockchain and Renewable Energy Emphasis: Assessing the Web3 market, with a specific focus on blockchain and renewable energy, to identify strategic insights and partnership prospects. Cultivating an ecosystem of partners dedicated to accelerating the adoption of Sync Neural's blockchain-based renewable energy platform. Evaluating industry requirements in the renewable energy sector and gathering feedback to guide future platform enhancements that contribute to sustainability goals. Crafting go-to-market strategies for new Sync Neural platform features and launches that have a positive impact on the renewable energy landscape. Engaging in thought leadership development and representing Sync Neural at speaking engagements, advocating for blockchain solutions in the renewable energy space. Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a proven track record, preferably in areas such as business development, partnerships, product management, or product marketing. At least 2 years of experience in the Web3 domain, with a strong background in blockchain technology and renewable energy, whether as a professional or an active community participant. Proficiency in developing products, markets, or customer bases, preferably from the ground up, with a specific focus on renewable energy applications. Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in strategy development, particularly within the context of blockchain and renewable energy. Prior experience working with data, especially in renewable energy projects that leverage blockchain for data management and sustainability goals. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate the benefits of blockchain in the renewable energy sector. Additional Requirements: Creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills, especially as they pertain to the renewable energy and blockchain domains. An appreciation for the significance of thorough documentation. Detail-oriented approach to tasks. An entrepreneurial mindset, along with the ability to thrive in a startup environment. Proficiency in Web3 and blockchain concepts and technologies, with a specific emphasis on their application in renewable energy solutions.
