Head of Enablement & Sales Excellence — Build the capability system behind a ~30-person quota-carrying sales team. UK, Poland (Cracow/Warsaw) or Germany, remote.
Our client is building a pan-European property technology platform across three businesses and multiple growth markets. As they scale commercial capacity, the real advantage will come from how quickly sellers ramp, how consistently managers coach, and how well teams execute complex deals — not headcount alone.
This role owns the enablement system, certification standards and sales-execution disciplines (MEDDPICC-based) that make performance repeatable across the seller population.
What You'll Do
→ Build a role-based onboarding, capability framework and scored certification system tied to observable performance
→ Raise frontline manager coaching, deal review and forecast-inspection standards
→ Drive practical adoption of MEDDPICC in real deal behaviour, not just CRM fields
→ Diagnose the biggest capability or execution constraint using commercial data and run targeted interventions
→ Report capability risks and priority actions directly to the CRO and regional leaders
What We're Looking For
→ A measurable record of improving ramp, attainment, conversion, forecast confidence or pipeline quality — with the baseline, intervention and result to show for it
→ Experience building a role-based enablement system with assessment and certification, not just running workshops
→ Credibility with enterprise sellers, from carrying a quota or leading sales teams
→ Practical depth in MEDDPICC or a comparable methodology
→ Business-fluent English; German or Polish an advantage
