日本法人のファイナンス領域におけるビジネスパートナーとして、収益管理を含むFP&A業務全般を担います。会計業務は別チームが担当しており、事業に近い立場で数字を扱える環境です。財務分析を通じて事業成長に直接貢献したい方にとってご活躍いただけるフィールドです。

■ レポートラインとチーム体制👥

本ポジションは個人貢献型で、APAC財務ディレクターへレポートします（日本法人GMへのドットラインあり）。会計チームには3名が在籍し、日常的な会計業務を担当しています。自ら主体的に業務を進めたい方に、力を発揮しやすい環境が整っています。

💼Responsibilities:

- Strategic Finance Partnering: Support the Country Manager with strategic insights, challenge assumptions, and guide key commercial decisions.

- Commercial & Channel Performance: Lead multi‑channel performance reviews, strengthen profitability and margins, and improve store/platform productivity with global KPI frameworks.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and investment business cases to support strategic decision‑making.

- Inventory & Working Capital: Influence OTB, improve inventory health, monitor sell‑through, and enhance cash generation.

- Transformation & Collaboration: Lead finance transformation, simplify processes, promote best practices, and collaborate with Retail, E‑commerce, Wholesale, Regional Finance, Global COEs, FP&A, Reporting, and GBS.

🎓Qualifications:

- 7–10 years’ experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering

- Experience supporting senior commercial leaders and influencing strategic decisions

- Background in retail, consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or omnichannel (preferred)

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with matrix‑organization experience

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced qualification preferred

💴Salary:

Company will consider candidates up to 13.5M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
