About the Role

Omnicom Production is undergoing a massive, exciting transformation driven by advanced technology and AI-powered automation. We are seeking a visionary Head of Global Technology to guide us through this evolution.

Reporting directly to the Global COO, you will be the linchpin between our operational technology, development teams, and client-facing solutions. You will be responsible for orchestrating tech delivery across all global regions, ensuring that the innovative solutions designed by our Client Solutions teams are successfully implemented, fully scalable, and seamlessly aligned with the broader Omnicom product and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Tech Delivery: Direct and coordinate technology delivery across all international regions, establishing standardized, efficient, and scalable operational frameworks.
• Client & Operational Tech Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact and client-facing lead for all operational technology. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for internal stakeholders and top-tier clients.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner tightly with Client Solutions teams to bring bespoke client solutions to life, ensuring successful end-to-end implementation.
• Team & Studio Tech Operations: Lead and mentor global development teams, overseeing the architecture, maintenance, implementation and evolution of our proprietary studio tech tools.
• AI & Automation Transformation: Champion our shift toward AI-driven automation. Evaluate, integrate, and scale new technologies to optimize production workflows and future-proof our tech stack.
• Ecosystem Alignment: Ensure all operational applications and tools are scalable, secure, and rigorously aligned with the broader Omnicom global product and technology strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally within the creative production, advertising, or global agency space.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern software development life cycles, studio technology, and enterprise architecture.
• AI & Automation Fluency: Demonstrated experience leading teams through significant technological shifts, specifically integrating AI and workflow automation into legacy or operational processes.
• Client-Facing Polish: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of acting as a senior technical liaison to clients and executive stakeholders.
• Global Mindset: Experience managing distributed development teams and coordinating complex rollouts across multiple global regions.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to balance immediate, tactical client needs with long-term, scalable, network-wide strategy.
