- Coordinate legal and corporate governance activities, working with internal teams and external legal advisers.
- Ensure effective Board-level governance, corporate procedures, and implementation of management decisions.
Senior Management & Leadership
- Work closely with other Authorised Managers and the Board of Directors on governance, risk, and regulatory matters.
- Provide strategic direction, challenge existing approaches, and ensure effective implementation of agreed actions.
- Take ownership of the assigned management responsibilities and prepare to assume an Authorised Manager mandate, subject to the necessary approvals.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in regulated financial services, including substantial experience in senior management roles with a high level of responsibility and decision-making authority.
- Strong Compliance and AML/CFT expertise, including experience overseeing compliance functions, regulatory frameworks, and internal controls.
- Deep knowledge of Luxembourg and EU financial regulations, including CSSF requirements, PSD2, and AML/CFT.
- Experience working with crypto or digital asset businesses, with a good understanding of MiCA, CASP regulatory requirements, and crypto-related risks.
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks, including enterprise risk management, corporate governance, and the Three Lines of Defence model.
- Proven experience overseeing multiple functions and working with senior management, Boards of Directors, and regulatory authorities.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to challenge existing approaches, assess complex risks, and balance regulatory requirements with business objectives.
