Head of Growth

Remote · Full-time · Reports to the Founder

Own the growth strategy for a profitable, multiple seven-figure-per-year DTC e-commerce brand in the parenting & early-childhood space. A high-impact leadership role for a senior growth operator who thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment and wants full ownership of revenue expansion, cross-functional alignment, and strategic decision-making.

Right now, growth still runs through the founder — and that's the ceiling we're breaking. As the founder's right hand, you'll own the number, remove the founder as the bottleneck, and build the systems and team that scale us to the next level across acquisition, creative, conversion, and retention.

• Own the growth P&L across all paid channels and new revenue streams
• Lead acquisition, retention, and lifecycle strategy end-to-end
• Own creative strategy and testing velocity — the primary performance lever on Meta today
• Drive site conversion and CRO across landing and product pages
• Build, lead, and level up the in-house and freelance/agency growth team, holding everyone accountable to the numbers
• Operate as the founder's right hand and the single source of truth on growth
  

• 5+ years scaling DTC / ecommerce brands through paid media and beyond
• Hands-on Meta expertise managing 6–7 figure annual ad spend with strong CAC / MER / ROAS discipline
• A creative-led performance mindset — you systematize creative volume and quality, not just manage spend
• Strong across data, CRO, and channel mix
• Proven team leadership in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
• A builder who removes founder-dependence rather than adding process for its own sake
  

• Experience in parenting, kids, toys, or educational consumer products
• Retention & lifecycle (email/SMS) depth
• UGC production pipelines at volume
