As Head of Growth Marketing & Partnerships, you'll lead our Affiliate and Influencer Marketing functions and work cross-functionally with Commerce, Product, Engineering, and Design to drive the next stage of growth. This is a role for someone who wants to shape both the strategy and the organization behind it. About You You thrive in fast paced, high performing environments where growth is the priority. You know how to identify opportunities others miss, turn strategy into execution and build organizations that can scale. You're data and AI driven, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and naturally challenge conventional approaches. You combine deep performance marketing expertise with strong commercial thinking and know how to bring people around a shared direction. While you're not expected to be hands on, you understand the work well enough to make the right calls, coach your team and raise the bar.
