Responsibilities As the Head of Growth at Orbofi, you'll be responsible for: Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue. Identifying and prioritizing key growth channels, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and partnerships. Leading a cross-functional team of marketers, designers, and engineers to optimize the user experience and drive growth. Leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions about growth initiatives and product improvements. Establishing a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement to optimize growth initiatives. Building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners and influencers to drive brand awareness and growth. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
