Overview

• Lead and manage an in-house technology team covering Service Desk, Cloud/Infrastructure and M365.
• Own the performance and stability of live ICT services, including incidents, problems, change, service improvement and ITIL v4 processes.
• Manage key outsourced technology suppliers, contracts, SLAs/KPIs and service performance.
• Maintain resilient, scalable and secure technology infrastructure and operational services.
• Work alongside digital programme teams to ensure transformation/change can be introduced without impacting BAU services.
• Lead improvements to the ICT operating model, service delivery and technology roadmap.
• Oversee an operational technology budget of approximately, ensuring strong governance and value for money.
• Manage technology, cyber and information-security risks and ensure appropriate compliance.
• Provide senior-level ICT reporting and act as the key technology interface with executives, suppliers and wider stakeholders.
