Manage the team that installs Hozah''s ANPR parking solution for new clients Up to £60k salary Hybrid based in Croydon / remote for exceptional candidates The company Hozah is an innovative SaaS business that aims to revolutionize parking payment. They are doing so by creating a fully automated system that detects when drivers enter and exit enabled car parks and then automatically bills them for their length of stay. Put simply, your car is now your payment card. What You Will Do: The onboarding manager looks after the team responsible for onboarding new car parks and maintaining existing ones. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Tech Ops to assess incoming deals, determine the appropriate equipment, and evaluate CAPEX spending against forecasts. You will have end-to-end responsibility for ensuring that sites go live on time and in budget. This includes everything from scheme design, project management, tariff logic, as well as enforcement configuration. Your involvement spans from procurement and installation to back-office configuration and system quality assurance, ensuring that all aspects of the onboarding process are executed seamlessly. In the realm of Site Maintenance, you will have responsibility for ensuring that maintenance issues are solved in a timely manner. This will include coordinating with external contractors where necessary. Collaboration with the Customer Service team leader is essential, particularly in reviewing sites with a high volume of support tickets, ensuring effective communication with clients regarding issue resolution. Who You Are: The ideal candidate for the Onboarding manager is a detail-oriented and organized professional who perhaps began their career as an engineer and moved into project management. You will have proven experience in onboarding and site maintenance within the parking management industry. You possess strong leadership skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Tech Ops, and Customer Service. Y our ability to evaluate and approve scheme designs, oversee the onboarding project plan, and manage site maintenance with precision is essential. What You Have & What You've Done: Proven experience in a leadership role within onboarding and site maintenance, preferably in the parking management industry. You've likely worked as an engineer installing ANPR systems or CCTV systems. Strong understanding of scheme design, CAPEX evaluation, and onboarding project management. Demonstrated ability to review and approve scheme designs, ensuring 90% of sites go live according to plan. Experience in coordinating with external contractors, obtaining quotes, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Proficient in using project management tools (for eg Jira) for tracking and resolving maintenance issues Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently. Strong database management skills, particularly in maintaining contractor information for various geographical areas. Effective communication skills, enabling collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless onboarding and issue resolution.
