Your role
Your tasks
- Define and execute a learning strategy aligned with capability-building objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify development priorities and desired outcomes.
- Lead upskilling and reskilling initiatives supporting business and technology transformation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Drive adoption and localization of global learning initiatives and solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end learning program implementation and performance evaluation.
- Manage learning budgets and optimize investment effectiveness across countries.
- Lead and develop learning teams while promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Your profile
- Extensive experience leading Learning & Development strategies in complex organizations.
- Proven ability to partner with senior business and HR stakeholders.
- Experience driving large-scale transformation, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.
- Strong understanding of learning operating models and organizational capability development.
- Knowledge of AI-related transformation and its impact on workforce development.
- Experience managing learning budgets and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication capabilities.
