Head of Lending

We’re looking for a Head of Lending to lead and scale our fully digital consumer lending portfolio. This is a senior, high-impact role with end-to-end ownership of product performance, profitability, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. In this position will act as the business owner for Digital GPL, shaping and executing commercial strategy, pricing, and roadmap execution, while optimizing the full digital lending journey from acquisition to repayment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own and drive Digital GPL P&L, revenue growth, pricing strategy, and cost efficiency.

• Define and execute the commercial strategy, product vision, roadmap, business value of product changes in line with tbi Global and Local Business Frameworks and a clear measurable action plan

• Constantly monitor product performance metrics and optimize performance across the full digital funnel using data, analytics, problem-solving and experimentation

• Lead continuous improvement of customer experience, lifecycle management, retention, and cross-sell

• Ensure full regulatory compliance (GDPR, AML/CTF) of the business

• Pro-actively work cross-functionally with local and global Business, Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• Proven experience in digital lending, consumer finance, fintech, or banking

• Proven success in product ownership, digital product scaling, or P&L management

• Open to effectively work within matrix organization

• Strong commercial, analytical and problem solving mindset with the ability to turn data into action

• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, regulated environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership

• High levels of ownership, accountability, integrity, and professional maturity

• Native Greek and fluent English
