About the job

As a senior marketing leader, you will be responsible for defining portfolio and brand strategies, leading cross-functional collaboration, and accelerating business growth through consumer-centric innovation and execution. You will work closely with regional and local stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and R&D, while developing a high-performing marketing team.

We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic leader with deep FMCG experience, strong people leadership capabilities, and a passion for building brands that consumers love. This role provides significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on one of General Mills' most recognized brands in Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the 3-year growth strategy for the Wan Chai Ferry business across Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• Drive portfolio strategy, innovation pipeline development, and brand growth initiatives.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and consumer engagement strategies.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and regional leadership teams.
• Manage marketing investments and optimize ROI to deliver commercial objectives.
• Develop and lead a cross-border marketing team while strengthening organizational capability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of FMCG marketing experience with a strong record of business leadership.
• Proven people management experience in a sizeable organization.
• Experience across both Hong Kong and Taiwan markets is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
