The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing/Growth to own the go-to-market strategy and directly unlock new deals. As the first non-technical leader, you will design and run specialty-specific campaigns, create sales enablement content that accelerates trust, and build repeatable demand generation programs that keep the pipeline full. Beyond campaigns, you will act as a true right-hand to the CEO, influencing how we position ourselves in a conservative, high-stakes market. This is a high-ownership role where scrappiness is a must. The company is prepared to invest in big marketing bets ($30K+) if the ROI is clear, and they expect this leader to know how to test, scale, and iterate with speed. With a flexible hybrid setup (Menlo Park HQ, 3 in-office days preferred but remote possible), a competitive salary range ($150K to $250K for exceptional candidates), and equity starting at 0.5%, this is an opportunity to join early and define why we succeed. Job Responsibilities Design and execute specialty-specific marketing campaigns (e.g., pediatrics, OB/GYN, rheumatology, dentistry). Create core sales enablement materials such as case studies, pitch decks, and one-pagers. Build and manage repeatable demand generation programs. Contribute directly to revenue growth by generating a pipeline. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO on go-to-market strategy and market positioning. Test, scale, and iterate on marketing strategies with speed and efficiency. Requirements 5-10 years of experience in healthcare sales, consulting, or go-to-market roles, preferably focused on private outpatient clinics. Proven ability to generate pipeline and directly contribute to revenue growth. Experience building and executing specialty-specific marketing campaigns (e.g., pediatrics, OB/GYN, rheumatology, dentistry). Ability to produce core sales enablement materials such as case studies, pitch decks, and one-pagers that accelerate trust and close rates.
