We’re hiring a Head of Media Buying to lead channel leads plus senior and mid-level buyers across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and native networks. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a professional Creative team and vetted external partners to turn a nine-figure annual ad budget into a profitable, durable scale. What you’ll work on Lead & level up the team: assess performance, guide for growth. Own the targets & budgets: set goals/OKRs, plan the initiatives, forecast outcomes. Open new growth: tests, funnels, channels, GEOs. Turn data into action: brief with Creative/CRO (and BI/IT) teams to ship new angles, pages, offers. Run a tight test → learn → scale loop: kill laggards, double down on winners; measure with a single source of truth (attribution/lift). What we’re looking for 3+ years of managerial experience. Hands-on media buying experience in D2C / direct response / eComm business at 6-7 figure monthly ad spend. Growth mindset to spot opportunities, challenge assumptions, and execute end-to-end. Capabilities to execute complex projects with Creative, IT, CRO and BI teams. Analytical thinking to turn large, noisy datasets into clear actions and learnings.
