Head of Operations

Role Description The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of CXO-TV | EMEA’s content, events, and stakeholder engagements. This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include managing operational workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely execution of video interviews, webinars, roundtables, and partner campaigns. The Head of Operations will develop and improve processes, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and uphold high standards of service for sponsors, partners, and the executive audience. The role also involves collaborating closely with content, marketing, and sales teams to support strategic initiatives and operational scalability across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management experience, including process optimization and workflow coordination.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify inefficiencies, and support data-driven decisions.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional and remote/hybrid teams.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders, sponsors, and executive-level audiences.
• Solid Budgeting skills, including planning, tracking, and optimizing operational and project-related costs.
• Experience in media, events, technology, or B2B environments within EMEA is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications in operations or project management are a plus.
