A student in Kyiv is five times more likely to reach the regional maths olympiad than a student in the regions. Talent is evenly spread across Ukraine; support is not. Apex Talent Foundation gives talented students across the country Kyiv-level training in olympiad mathematics.

What already runs: • Apex Minds, an open bank of 21,566 olympiad problems in Ukrainian. 10,000+ users came in the first three weeks, and 20+ outlets covered the launch, including the Ministry of Education and the Verkhovna Rada. • Apex XY Programme: 130 students in grades 8–9, with weekly olympiad maths and English and monthly meetups at universities in Dnipro, Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia and Poltava–Kharkiv. • Ukraine's only summer school for olympiad-maths teachers.

The role You make sure everything we have promised to students, teachers and donors happens on time, on budget and with honest reporting. You work directly with the founder on strategy, donors and government partners. This role grows with the organisation.

What you'll do • Run the annual programme calendar: competitions, open meetings, summer camp and teacher school • Own the budget by direction and the monthly comparison of plan against actual spending • Send monthly updates and quarterly reports to donors, built from a KPI dashboard you set up • Handle contracts for about 10 teachers and contractors, plus child safeguarding and wartime contingency planning • Lead the weekly team rhythm; the summer project manager and the video producer report to you • Join the founder in meetings with donors, the Ministry of Education and regional authorities

What you bring • 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years leading a team and a multi-stream budget at an NGO, foundation, education organisation or edtech company • You have reported to international donors and taken part in fundraising • You build processes that work without you • Fluent Ukrainian and strong English • You use AI tools every day and can set up simple automations
