IS-Wireless at a glance

  • European deep-tech company building private 5G and 6G networks for defense, public safety and critical infrastructure, with teams in Poland and at High Tech Campus Eindhoven.

  • Selected for NATO DIANA’s 2025 cohort from more than 2,600 applicants, and one of 15 companies moved to Phase 2 with its patented LiquidRAN™ technology, which keeps networks running when parts of the infrastructure are damaged.

  • Holder of 10+ patents and the EIC Seal of Excellence, partner in the Dutch 6G programme Future Network Services.

Why this role

IS-Wireless networks already run in real deployments with paying clients, including the defense sector. Large defense and critical infrastructure programmes are rarely won by one vendor alone: prime contractors and system integrators deliver them, with technology partners around them.

As the number of partners grows, the company needs one person who owns these relationships. You connect Sales, Technology and the partners, turn partnerships into a channel with its own pipeline and forecast, and take repetitive partner work off the sales team. The scope is international: Europe first, then beyond.

Your mission

  • Own and grow relationships with key partners: prime contractors, technology providers, system integrators and ecosystem partners.

  • Lead business discussions and contract negotiations with existing partners.

  • Identify and recruit new partners that fit the company strategy, in Europe and in other international markets.

  • Build one partner model (joint go-to-market plans, co-selling, deal registration, enablement), so the sales team does not repeat the same work with every partner.

  • Plan and forecast the business that can scale through the partner channel, especially through prime contractors and defense programmes.

  • Prepare the partner growth plan with the CSO/CRO and present it to the Management Board.

  • Coordinate execution with partners (workshops, joint tenders, shared priorities) with Sales, Technology and Product.

What we need

Must-have:

  • 8+ years in the IT or telecom industry, in B2B or enterprise settings, at technology vendors or system integrators.

  • 3+ years in partner management, channel, alliances or partner development.

  • 3+ years in sales or a sales-supporting role (business development, pre-sales, account management or partnerships).

  • Clear understanding of how vendors, system integrators, technology partners and end customers work together, including consortium bids and public tenders.

  • Built partnerships through decision-level conversations and turned them into concrete opportunities, with a growth plan and partner priorities.

  • Works independently with senior stakeholders across sales, technology and management.

  • Fluent English for work with international partners. Another European language is an asset.

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge of mobile networks, telecom, 4G/5G or networking.

  • Experience with prime contractors, defense integrators or partners working between technology and the public sector or defense.

  • Created partner programmes, enablement models or channel sales structures.

  • Led cross-functional projects or initiatives.

  • Background in a scale-up or deep-tech vendor competing with larger incumbents.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary that grows with your impact, plus commission on partner-sourced revenue.

  • Stock options (ESOP) tied to the company’s growth.

  • Ownership of the international partner ecosystem, working directly with the Head of Sales, the Head of Technology and the Management Board.

  • Access to the company’s telecom knowledge base, structured training, and time and budget for conferences.

  • Remote within Europe with travel to partners, and visits to the teams in Poland and at High Tech Campus Eindhoven.

  • Local payroll via Employer of Record (EOR) or B2B contract, flexible working hours.

How we work

  • Loyalty & team spirit — we have each other’s backs, always.

  • Sincerity & openness — we say what we think, even when it’s uncomfortable.

  • Courage & ambition — we take positions, defend them, and aim high.

  • “How can I help?” attitude — we help because we want to, not because we have to.

  • Out of the comfort zone — we build things that haven’t been built before. That’s the point.

  • Zero-latency — we act. No waiting, no procrastinating, no excuses.
