Head of Partnerships - EV Charging

We're hiring: Head of Partners – Norway 🇳🇴 - Oslo/Moss

Salary: 1.3m–1.5m NOK (£104,000–£120,00) basic + Benefits + Car + Pension/Health Insurance

We're working on an exciting senior commercial leadership opportunity within the EV charging and infrastructure sector, taking ownership of one of Europe's most established and competitive EV charging markets.

This is a high-impact position for an experienced commercial leader who can combine strategic direction with hands-on ownership of partnerships, site performance and network development.

The opportunity:

• Lead and develop a growing Norwegian Sites & Partnerships team.
• Take overall commercial responsibility for a significant EV charging site portfolio.
• Manage and develop strategic, long-term partnerships with property owners and key commercial stakeholders.
• Drive new site origination, partnership opportunities and network expansion.
• Optimise portfolio performance, profitability, CAPEX allocation and return on investment.
• Shape and deliver the long-term network strategy for the Norwegian market.
• Work closely with senior leadership, influencing wider commercial and investment decisions.

What we're looking for:

• Senior commercial experience within EV charging, energy, infrastructure, real estate or another capital-intensive industry.
• A strong background in strategic B2B partnerships and business development.
• Experience managing site portfolios, commercial performance and investment decisions.
• Strong understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, ROI, IRR and commercial business cases.
• Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Fluent English and advanced proficiency in a Nordic language.
• A genuine interest in electrification and the EV market.
