Relationships – We move as a team, lead with empathy, and care deeply. 💼 What You’ll Do Own Paid Growth for Our Clients Lead our Performance team across Meta, Google, TikTok — grounded in CAC, ROAS and profitable growth Architect full-funnel media strategies and test plans tailored for DTC ecom businesses Build and run forecasting, budget pacing, spend allocation and creative iteration frameworks Diagnose and resolve performance dips — from creative fatigue to tracking issues and bidding inefficiencies Collaborate with Creative Strategy to translate insights into profitable ad concepts Financial Ownership Own the financial performance of each account: spend efficiency, MER, margin contribution Monitor and proactively improve client profitability Build growth models to guide investment decisions and scaling plans Spot upsell opportunities, margin leaks and financial risk early Lead Client Relationships Act as strategic lead on top-tier clients (7–8 figure brands), ensuring long-term retention and performance Translate platform metrics into clear, actionable narratives for founders, CMOs and brand teams Align internal teams across Creative, Performance, and Content to meet client goals Build the Team & Systems Coach and mentor media buyers and analysts Build internal processes for testing, scaling, and optimization Implement tools and systems (AI, dashboards, automation) that improve results and efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success from ad to post-purchase 🧠 What You Bring 5–10+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience for DTC ecommerce brands Agency background with experience managing 7–8 figure ad accounts Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and attribution tools Clear POV on what makes a high-performing ad, and how to test creative systematically Strong financial acumen: CAC, MER, LTV, contribution margin, payback period Fluent in both Swedish and English — you’ll be leading calls and presenting to C-level clients Strong communicator and leader with experience managing and growing a team 📊 What Success Looks Like ✅ You’ve transformed our performance marketing into a scalable system ✅ Our clients trust you — and stay with us long term ✅ You elevate everyone around you with clear frameworks and real mentorship ✅ SoScale is known as one of the sharpest ecom growth partners in Europe 💼 What We Offer A senior leadership seat at one of Stockholm’s fastest-growing performance agencies Hybrid setup: work from home or join us in our creative Vasastan office Wellness allowance (5 000 SEK) and full healthcare coverage 30 days paid vacation — plus your birthday off Learning & development budget for leadership and platform education The opportunity to build SoScale’s next era of growth and reputation in the European DTC scene 👉 Built ad accounts that scale profitably?
