Skicka ansökan At WeQuel, we are now looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist in Solna where you will become an important part of our client's marketing organisation, with a focus on leading customer, category and brand growth through strategic trade marketing. You will work across all Path to Purchase touchpoints, both in the retail landscape and the out-of-home channel, to remove barriers and create triggers that positively influence shopper and consumer behaviour. As a consultant with us, you get the opportunity to work with one of our clients, a leading company within FMCG and the ice cream industry, where you contribute to driving trade marketing strategy, developing best-in-class activations and creating sustainable growth for the brand. Your responsibilities: Development of a winning Trade Marketing strategy across all Path to Purchase touchpoints Analysis of shopper insights, triggers and barriers to drive growth Development and execution of best-in-class point-of-sale activations and materials Creation of compelling brand materials for trade fairs and customer events Development of retailer trade marketing programmes Alignment of trade marketing plans with brand objectives and customer priorities Partnership with Marketing and CBD teams on tailored customer plans Management of creative agency relationships and budgets Follow-up to ensure activations are delivered on time and in full Follow-up on ROI from shopper marketing activities You work in a dynamic environment where you independently drive your own workstreams forward while collaborating with several interfaces within the organisation. Requirements: Proven results within sales and/or marketing, with experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing and/or brand management Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written FMCG experience is a strong advantage Project management experience Strong analytical and results-driven mindset, highly organised with excellent attention to detail, strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach Assignment details Start date: 1 October 2026 End date: 31 March 2027 Workload: 100% Remote: 50% We offer At WeQuel, you become part of a consulting team that values people first – we believe success is created through engagement, collaboration and development.
