About the Role The company is hiring a Head of Paid Search to lead and own paid search as a core acquisition function across its SaaS product portfolio. Paid search is already a major, proven growth driver within the business, operating at multi-million USD monthly scale across multiple products. The role sits at the center of this growth engine and will expand it further by applying established paid search strategies and frameworks to both existing and newly launched SaaS products. This role is the end-to-end owner of paid search, starting with deep, hands-on execution. You will personally scale and optimize existing accounts, launch and ramp new accounts for upcoming product launches, and support a growing pipeline of products over time. From this executional foundation, you will define scalable account structures, measurement frameworks, reporting, automation, and repeatable workflows designed to work across many accounts. As performance stabilizes and systems mature, you will lay the groundwork for building and leading a paid search team, with this role evolving into the long-term leadership owner of the function. Key Responsibilities Own and lead paid search across multiple SaaS products as a core acquisition channel Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns in Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Ads (with Apple Search Ads as an additional channel) Oversee multi-million USD monthly paid search budgets across multiple accounts Lead the launch of paid search for new SaaS products and new account setups Work with complex account structures and organizational hierarchies Build the foundations of the paid search function, including processes, tools, and structure, to enable the hiring and scaling of a high-performing team Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability Own performance outcomes against ROAS and CAC at scale Deliver clear, executive-level performance reporting and actionable insights Build and lead the paid search function long-term, including process documentation and team growth Required Experience & Skills Must-have 7+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search / User Acquisition Deep expertise in Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Ads at scale Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and consistently improving ROAS and CAC Background in SaaS, subscription-based, or digital consumer products Experience managing multiple advertising accounts in parallel Strong understanding of CRO and funnel optimization Ability to operate independently with full ownership and accountability Strong English communication skills Nice to have Experience with Apple Search Ads Experience working in fast-growing, product-led organizations Previous exposure to scaling multiple products simultaneously Experience building, mentoring, or leading a performance marketing team What Success Looks Like Successful and efficient launch of large-scale paid search setups for new SaaS products Continuous improvement of ROAS and CAC across existing products within the first 3–6 months Reduced need for founder involvement through strong ownership, automation, and reporting A well-structured, scalable paid search function supporting long-term business growth Why This Role Executive-level ownership and direct impact on business growth Direct impact on business growth at multi-million-user and multi-million USD scale Opportunity to build and lead paid search as a long-term function Сlear growth path toward broader performance marketing leadership Exposure to launching and scaling SaaS products globally Fully remote role with senior-level responsibility and influence
