About the Role

As Head of PR & Communications, EMEA, you will define and lead Xoople’s communications strategy across the region, driving corporate visibility, strengthening brand reputation and supporting business growth. You will position Xoople as a global leader in Data, AI and Earth Intelligence by developing a strong narrative, building media presence and aligning external and internal communications. Success means establishing a clear and consistent brand voice, building strong media and institutional relationships and delivering measurable impact through strategy and execution.

Impact You Own

• Define and execute the PR and communications strategy across EMEA.

• Build and manage relationships with international media and key industry voices.

• Lead and manage PR agency partners to ensure consistent messaging and performance.

• Act as a senior advisor to the executive team on communications, messaging and positioning.

• Drive thought leadership programmes that position Xoople and its leadership in relevant markets.

• Manage the communications calendar, including product launches, partnerships and corporate announcements.

• Partner with Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs on financial and investor communications.

• Lead crisis communications planning and response, ensuring readiness and consistency.

• Support engagement with government institutions and policy stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment between internal and external communications narratives.

• Track performance through communications metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in PR, communications or corporate communications roles.

• Leadership or management experience with team responsibility.

• Proven experience delivering communications strategies across EMEA.

• Experience in B2B, technology or fast-paced environments.

• Strong expertise in PR, media relations and corporate communications strategy.

• Experience managing external agencies and stakeholders.

• Strong executive and institutional stakeholder engagement skills.

• Excellent writing, storytelling and editorial capabilities.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimise communications impact.

• Strong project management and organisational capabilities.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• A degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.

What Makes You Stand Out:

Experience engaging with government or regulatory institutions; working in Data, AI, geospatial or deep-tech environments; investor communications; global and partnership-based organisations; additional languages such as French or German; or a professional communications certification such as CIPR.
