What You'll Own Product strategy and seasonal execution from concept through commercialization Leadership across Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing & Production Building scalable product processes while maintaining speed and agility Cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership and global manufacturing partners We're Looking For 8+ years of product leadership within apparel, footwear, or consumer products Experience leading multiple product functions under one organization Proven success scaling teams and product organizations in a high-growth environment Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution Thrives in a founder-led, fast-paced culture where adaptability is key Why This Role?
