About the Role As our Head of Product, you will shape the product organization behind three of Tylko's core domains - Ecommerce, Configurability, and Furniture on Demand - connecting customer perspective, technology, and business into one system where digital and physical product reinforce each other's value. You will define how product decisions translate directly into business outcomes: conversion, revenue, and margin. Your mission is to bring a consistent, measurable way of working to product teams - from discovery to delivery - grounded in data, experimentation, and shared standards. This role is central to Tylko's transformation into an organization built on domains, value streams, continuous learning, and AI-empowered teams, where product becomes the primary driver of growth and innovation. What You’ll Do You'll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will: Lead the Product Managers building a culture of product ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just output Co-create product strategy with the CPTO and Chief Ecommerce & Marketing Officer, owning the roadmap and prioritization across all three domains in line with CVR, CLTV, revenue, and time-to-market goals Bring an AI-first mindset into daily product work, driving the adoption of AI in customer-facing products (configurators, shopping assistants, recommendations) in partnership with Tech and Data Establish shared standards for roadmapping, documentation, KPIs, and hypothesis validation, raising the overall maturity of product management at Tylko Mentor and develop Product Managers into strong, systems-minded, commercially-driven product leaders Own product's contribution to core business metrics - CVR, CLTV/Revenue/Margin, Time to Market, and experience KPIs - in close partnership with Heads of Technology, Brand, and Digital Experience Why Tylko? What we’re looking for: Extensive experience in product management, including at least few years as Head of Product, Product Director, or Group Product Manager A track record spanning both product-led Ecommerce and technology platforms or configuration/3D/personalization systems Experience working across physical and digital products, ideally in direct-to-consumer, technology, or design-driven companies Demonstrated success leading an organization's transformation toward data-driven product development Strong understanding of customer journey, CRO, and Ecommerce performance Fluency in discovery methods, A/B testing, metrics, and data instrumentation Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to translate complex product decisions into a shared language for business and technology Fluent Polish and good command of English And last but not least, we're looking for someone who is: Someone who thinks in systems and acts in experiments Able to combine vision with pragmatism, technology with design, and AI with empathy for the user Energetic, clear, and accountable - able to inspire and to execute Comfortable operating in a value-stream / cross-domain model, partnering closely with Tech, Design, and Data Convinced that AI doesn't replace people - it makes their decisions smarter and their products more magical Ready to Design the Future with Us?
