Head of Product We usually respond within a week We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Product to help shape the future of Relax Gaming’s product portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll lead a team of Product Managers for multiple products and domains, ensuring we consistently deliver products that delight operators, engage players and drive commercial success. You’ll be responsible for finding and validating valuable problems to solve across the entire product portfolio, as well as turning strategic vision into execution. You will grow the capabilities of an empowered product team, establish adaptive product practices appropriate for each challenge, and ensure our product roadmap delivers meaningful business outcomes. This is a leadership role requiring equal strengths in product thinking, commercial understanding, people leadership and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Product Leadership Lead, coach and develop a team of Product Managers. Create a high-performing, outcome-focused product organisation. Establish best practices across discovery, prioritisation and delivery. Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation and continuous improvement. Partner closely with all areas of the business to achieve shared outcomes. Product Strategy & Execution Devise and contribute to product strategy across the Relax product portfolio. Translate company and product strategy into clear roadmaps and execution plans. Ensure product investments align with commercial priorities and company objectives. Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic initiatives. Collaborate with PMO to drive cross-functional planning across Product, Solutions Engineering, Design, Commercial and Operations. Portfolio Management Own prioritisation across multiple product initiatives. Manage product health, investment decisions and trade-offs. Monitor KPIs and use data to continuously optimise product performance. Classified as Public Ensure roadmap transparency and stakeholder alignment. Customer & Market Focus Develop a deep understanding of operator needs, player behaviour and market trends. Validate opportunities through research, data and customer engagement. Work closely with Commercial teams to ensure products measurably solve real customer problems. Delivery Excellence Improve product delivery processes and predictability. Remove organisational blockers. Ensure product teams operate with clear goals, measurable outcomes and strong accountability. Champion agile product development principles. People Leadership Hire, mentor and develop product talent. Build succession plans for future product leaders. Conduct regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews. Create an engaging, collaborative and inclusive team culture. Skills & Experience Essential 10+ years of Product Management experience. 4+ years leading Product Managers or Product teams. Proven experience managing complex digital product portfolios. Track record of finding innovative and valuable problems to solve. Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer needs with business goals. Excellent prioritisation and decision-making skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions. Experience building and developing high-performing teams. Demonstrated ability to influence at executive level. Ideal Experience iGaming, casino or adjacent digital entertainment industries. B2B platform / SaaS or tech products. International / distributed teams. AI & Innovation - The ideal candidate will: Understand how AI can improve product discovery, delivery and customer experience. Use AI tools to improve product management efficiency. Have experience introducing AI-powered workflows into product teams. Be comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies. Foster a culture of innovation and rapid experimentation. Use data science and automation to improve decision-making. Stay informed on industry trends and identify opportunities to create competitive advantage. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
