Head of Product Head of Product Fully remote B2B Contract Competitive package About the Opportunity On behalf of an emerging B2B iGaming technology and platform provider, we are looking for a hands-on Head of Product to own the core platform engine. The company delivers modern white-label and turnkey solutions for licensed operators and startup founders. You will own the roadmap end-to-end spanning core PAM, player accounting, bonus mechanics, multi-currency wallets, aggregation, compliance gates, and an in-development sportsbook, turning real operator demands into focused, high-impact releases that a lean, senior engineering team can build and ship. The Role You will own the platform roadmap and set the pace for what gets built and what gets cut. This is not a theoretical product management role; you will work directly with commercial leads, ops teams, and engineers to prioritize ruthlessly. You will set a clear product strategy for both white-label and turnkey models, protect development focus from custom one-off requests, and maintain complete commercial transparency (including being clear with Sales that the sportsbook is currently in build and not sold as a live product). What You Will Do Set the 12-month product vision and release sequence for white-label and turnkey deployments, being completely transparent about what will not be built. Take direct ownership of the platform core: PAM, bonus engine, hybrid wallet (fiat + crypto), KYC/AML decisioning trees, casino aggregation, responsible gaming controls, and immutable audit logs. Turn messy operator feature requests into clean, functional specifications, stripping out unnecessary complexity and gold-plating. Track the operational metrics that operators actually care about: time-to-launch, payment conversion rates, KYC pass-through percentage, bonus cost as a percentage of NGR, withdrawal cycle times, and platform incident frequency. Partner with Sales on technical discovery ("can the platform do X?") and sync with Ops when live features cause friction in production. Rank and prioritize game studio, PSP, and KYC vendor integrations based on direct revenue return rather than noise. What You Need to Have 7+ years in product management , including leadership experience, with at least 3+ years inside iGaming (operator side or B2B platform/aggregator provider). Proven production track record: You have personally shipped production-grade software in at least two of the following areas: bonus engine, PAM / back office, multi-currency wallet / payments, casino aggregation, sportsbook, or compliance/RG tooling. Operational fluency across the player lifecycle: You can trace a player's journey from sign-up to withdrawal and immediately identify where platforms leak revenue, drop conversions, or fail regulatory audits. Demonstrated impact: A clear track record of an end-to-end roadmap you owned, including the commercial and operational metrics that moved once it went live.
