We're looking for a Head of Product to partner with our CEO and own the product vision across our app portfolio, from the first idea to scale.
About the Role:
As Head of Product, you'll be the CEO's closest partner in deciding what we build next and how our existing apps grow. You'll set the product strategy, run a data-driven decision culture, and build the product team that carries it out. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set direction and still get into the data, the experiments and the details of the experience.
What you'll own
Product strategy and portfolio: define the vision and roadmap across our apps, deciding where to invest, what to launch, and what to sunset.
New app launches: lead ideation, validation and 0→1 launches with the CEO, with clear kill/scale criteria.
Growth and monetization: own the metrics that matter (activation, retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV/CAC) and drive them with a strong experimentation program.
Experimentation culture: set the standards for A/B testing, onboarding and paywall experiments, and make sure decisions are based on solid evidence.
Team building: hire, mentor and lead product managers and analysts as we grow
Cross-functional leadership: align engineering, design and marketing around clear priorities, and ship fast without sacrificing quality.
Product quality: hold a high bar for UX and craft in everything we release.
AI-native ways of working: use AI tools to speed up research, prototyping and analysis, and bring those practices to the team.
About You:
Solid experience building products, including consumer mobile apps.
0→1 experience: you've taken a product from idea to real traction.
A proven track record of moving key metrics (retention, monetization, LTV), with numbers to back it up.
Strong analytical foundation: SQL, statistics, experiment design, and fluency in unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, payback).
Experience leading and mentoring people, with a clear ambition to build and lead a team
High agency and comfortable working directly with founders at startup speed
Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of products.
A sharp eye for UX. You care about how a product feels, not just how it performs. Passion for UI/UX and Apple-like product experiences.
Strong proficiency with AI tools to accelerate your workflow.
Degree in a quantitative or technical field (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or similar).
