Our client is a leading Canadian consumer legal services business with millions of monthly visitors and approximately 1 million community members. The company is transforming its digital platforms through AI and technology to deliver better consumer experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Product to own product strategy and execution across consumer platforms and client-facing legal services products. You will work directly with the CEO to drive product innovation, build AI-powered experiences and scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap and end-to-end execution.
• Improve user engagement, retention and customer experience.
• Transform existing platforms into AI-native products.
• Leverage data, analytics and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver product improvements and automate workflows.
• Drive partnership revenue and integrate partner services.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team.

Key Requirements

• 3–9 years of product management experience, including product leadership.
• Experience in consumer technology or B2B SaaS products.
• Strong product thinking and proven track record of shipping products.
• Experience with AI/LLMs, product analytics and A/B testing.
• Strong execution, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking/financial product backgrounds are not the right fit.
