As Head of Data Domain Products, you will build and lead the enterprise portfolio of strategic data domains and a team of seven Data Domain Product Leads.

Your team is comprised of individuals with deep expertise in both data and the business questions to be answered in the clinical pathway. For example, an expert on patient data – real world data, clinical data, biomarker data – how it comes together to answer strategic questions on how to develop assets – like feasibility and recruitment. You will have experts on public data and disease landscape.

You will set strategic direction, establish consistent ways of working and guide priorities, investments, dependencies and trade-offs across the portfolio. Working across business, data and technology, you will ensure domain data products connect business meaning with trusted data and are governed, reusable and capable of supporting business processes, analytics and AI-enabled use cases.

At the heart of the role is a clear objective: aligned domain leadership, reusable enterprise data products and measurable value at scale.

Who you’ll work with

You will lead seven Data Domain Product Leads and partner closely with Patient Evidence leadership, Data Strategy & Architecture, the Data Office, business process owners, domain subject matter experts, Digital Technology, Enterprise Architecture and business and functional leaders.

You will also work closely with Data Portfolio Leads. Domain Product Leads identify, understand and connect data across UCB, while Portfolio Leads draw from multiple domains to address recurring business questions.
