Head of Product Designer

Main responsibilities Gain insight into our users' demands through qualitative and quantitative user research, user behaviour data analysis, interviews, empathic thinking, experimentation, prototyping, and usability testing. As a member of the Product Line, you collaborate directly with the CPO to build a solid product culture, vision, and way of thinking throughout the company. Establish and promote a vision and strategy for our Design Team that supports the goals, objectives, and plan of the Product org. Support the efforts with a strong commitment to the "Impact Driven Prioritisation" methodology. In charge of overseeing the design team, holding team meetings, establishing effective workflows, and enhancing our approach to user-centred design and its effects on design outputs. Work with Fluent leadership to integrate a balanced approach to accomplishing a product's user goals and business goals into the product and business strategies. Oversee the design process for new and existing products and features, from discovery and design reviews to delivery and impact measurement. Collaborate and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams that span product, engineering, pre-sales, marketing, and partner enablement. Facilitate exploratory design thinking workshops with internal and external stakeholders. Become familiar with and progressively champion the ideas behind the cryptocurrency ecosystem Expertise in comprehending user preferences, behaviour, the cryptocurrency payment network, cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, etc. Job requirements 8+ years of professional experience applying User Experience design methods and techniques across the entire product lifecycle in an agile software organisation An exceptionally clear communicator, including facilitation, presentation, and visual and written skills with a strong verbal command of English A critical strategic thinker who is inspired and intelligently curious about the Travel and Crypto Industry Knowledge of methods and tools for service design to comprehend and enhance end-to-end experiences Expertise in creating, putting into practice, and/or managing a design system Capability to effectively convey design concepts and solutions to product teams and solution integrators through documentation Skilled in UX design, research, and prototype tools, particularly Figma Prior experience in the cryptocurrency or travel industries is a plus! Working time: Flexible with productivity focused. The current team of UX designers are based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The role is open to all locations with an option to work remotely while maintaining 60% time zone overlap with the existing design team (ICT - Indochina Time).
