This Head of Product - Leasing role is your opportunity to become an important player in our Product & Technology Team, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer.

- You will be an important member of the Product & Technology Leadership Team, reporting into the Chief Product Officer of mobile.de.
- Drive the overall vision, strategy, and execution for our Leasing business unit across web and mobile platforms, turning customer pain points into tangible results.
- Provide product leadership for the Leasing team by setting a clear strategic path, fostering cross-disciplinary partnership, and empowering team members to excel.
- You will develop and inspire our product and user experience strategy by aligning with Business, Tech, UX and Product leaders.
- You will work with different teams navigating diverse interests, user needs and functional requirements.
- You will guide further product excellence within the product function and be an advocate for customer centricity across the organization.
- You have 10+ years related experience in Product Management, 8+ years supervisory experience and a track record in building and leading product teams.
- You are a true team player, growth oriented and a fast-paced thinker with a keen business sense.
- You have a proven record in building strong teams based on trust.
- You understand yourself as the link between teams and departments and are a bridge-builder by heart.
- You have demonstrated the ability to drive customer impact through product and growth in customer satisfaction metrics (e.g. NPS, CSAT).
- You understand the consumer funnel end-to-end and can balance short-term impact with long-term product health.
- You excel at driving cross-functional impact and achieving shared goals through effective influence and partnership across external teams.
