CybelAngel

Is this job info correct?

Head of Product Marketing & Growth Apply Our job everyday is to protect the data and critical assets of businesses world-wide by discovering hidden vulnerabilities… before the bad guys do! At CybelAngel , we see beyond perimeters to protect businesses from the most critical cybersecurity threats. Fortune 500 Global to mid-size companies world-wide, trust CybelAngel’s global team of approximately 130 team members to protect their businesses from digital threats. With a combination of advanced machine learning, cyber analysis expertise, and a powerful suite of software solutions, CybelAngel detects and resolves our clients potential threats, long before they can fall into the hands of cyber criminals. Our capabilities expand every day to uncover new risks, detect more threats, protect more clients, and create new possibilities for our employees. With employees based in France and in the US, CybelAngel’s global footprint allows for a thriving hybrid, office and remote-work environment. We are looking for exceptional ‘go-getters’ who share our ambitious vision, innovative culture especially considering our GenAI DNA, high commitment to ethics, and enthusiasm for being the best possible place to work! Our values Be Bold Be Curious Stronger Together We are looking for our Head of Product Marketing & Growth, based in Paris. Why this role exists CybelAngel serves as the perimeter guard for over 300 global enterprises, neutralizing data exposure and external digital threats. Our detection engine has established its authority within the enterprise tier, where we defined our benchmark for signal precision and forged our deepest references. The landscape is shifting, driven by AI-native disruption and high-profile systemic leaks in the public sphere. We view this volatility as a structural opportunity to capture new market segments. While our core value remains constant, the discovery, acquisition, and evaluation mechanics for these tiers require a complete rethink. This is why we are opening a commercial architecture mandate focused on Product Marketing excellence. Your mission: turn volume selling into a working machine: positioning, packaging, pricing, self-serve funnel, partner enablement, and make the cross functional teams that feed it converge. This is not a content production role. It is a commercial architecture role, with accountability for revenue. What you will own 1. Positioning and messaging Define CybelAngel's positioning for new segments: what we promise, against which alternative, to which buyer. Translate technically complex detection capabilities (external attack surface, exposed secrets, document leaks, dark web, vendor exposure) into value propositions that an IT director at a 400-person company can grasp unaided, with no pre-sales support. Keep the product narrative coherent across the website, the product, partners and sales teams: including how legible it is to AI answer engines, which have become a first-order discovery channel in our categories. Build and maintain personas, jobs-to-be-done and use-case messaging across the portfolio. 2. Packaging and pricing Design the packaging architecture for the volume segment: what is self-serve, what triggers a sales conversation, what stays enterprise, and the expansion mechanics between tiers. Own pricing strategy for these segments: model, value metric, thresholds, tiers, testing. You arrive with a method, with data, and with the ability to defend a trade-off in front of an executive committee. Instrument the measurement: elasticity, attach rate, average deal size, margin by channel. 3. Product Growth Capability and lifecycle Take our existing growth capabilities in motion from embryonic to measured: activation, time-to-value, trial-to-paid conversion, in-product expansion. Work with the funnel Product Manager to build onboarding, in-product copy and the event instrumentation that proves a user has reached value. Contribute to lifecycle marketing across the whole journey driven by behavioural triggers rather than disconnected campaigns. Establish a real experimentation discipline: hypothesis, metric, duration, verdict. Including the right to kill what does not work. 4. The GTM pod: your first major project You take operational ownership of a cross-functional pod dedicated to enable sales growth, bringing together volume sales (direct and indirect), field marketing, channel and product, with shared metrics and a short cadence. Define the charter: composition, scope, committed metrics, rituals, escalation rules. Run the first cycle on one use case and one segment, in sprints, with a documented verdict. Industrialise the feedback loop: every field objection and every lost deal feeds the playbook, the messaging or the roadmap. 5. Sales and partner enablement Equip volume sales teams: playbooks, persona-level narratives, battle cards, objection handling, discovery plays. Make our content directly reusable by resellers, MSPs and MSSPs: the goal is for a partner to understand, pitch and sell without starting from scratch. Own launches end to end, including post-launch impact measurement. 6. Market and competitive intelligence Run the market and segmentation research that underpins our decisions: segment size and accessibility, buying behaviour, channels, market pricing. Maintain actionable competitive intelligence across our landscape (EASM, CTI, DRPS, TPRM) and on the AI-native entrants reshaping our categories. Feed the product roadmap with market signal, held to the same evidentiary standard we expect of a Product Manager. Your environment Reporting to the CTPO, working closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing and Finance. Team : you manage one Product Marketing Manager and build the function from there. Further headcount is discussed on the strength of first-half results. Daily interfaces : Product Management, Sales, Channel, Field Marketing, Customer Success, Data. Member of the product leadership team , and a regular contributor to executive forums. What the first six months look like Months 1–2 — Diagnosis. You produce an evidenced assessment: where volume deals actually die, what our packaging prevents, what our self-serve funnel fails to measure, what partners cannot sell. You establish the quantified baseline. Months 2–3 — Framing. Segment positioning and messaging settled. Pod charter approved. First packaging and pricing proposal presented to the executive committee, with scenarios and their consequences. Months 3–6 — Proof. First pod cycle executed and documented. Self-serve funnel instrumented end to end. Sales playbook and partner kit in production. A clear verdict on what we industrialise and what we drop. The profile we are looking for Required Cybersecurity experience. You have done product marketing inside a security vendor or platform. You understand what a detection product actually sells, why false positives are a commercial problem as much as a technical one, and how a security buyer builds a decision. This is not a domain we will teach you. You have contributed to a move into mid-market or SMB. Concretely: you worked at a company that sold enterprise and opened a volume segment, and you can tell us what worked, what failed and why. PLG is one way of doing this; channel, assisted self-serve, inside sales and cycle automation are others. We are interested in all of them. Market research and analysis. You can size a segment, build a segmentation that people can act on, and defend a conclusion with the data behind it rather than with conviction alone. Product and cyber messaging. You write fast and well, and you can make a technical subject legible without betraying it. Pricing strategy. You have designed or rebuilt a packaging structure and a price list, and lived with the consequences of those choices. Practitioner-level fluency with AI. You use AI to automate production chains, generate and industrialise content, analyse market data at scale, and write specifications a product team can act on. We will test this during the process, with your own tools. Seniority and posture. You can hold a position in front of an executive committee, own a trade-off, and say what is not working before you are asked. Fluent professional English; French is a strong advantage given our Paris base and French customer and partner ecosystem. Nice to have Indirect channel experience in security: resellers, MSPs, MSSPs, distributors. Hands-on practice with product analytics and experimentation tooling. Experience managing a small team. Familiarity with our domains: external attack surface, threat intelligence, dark web, third-party risk. If you do not meet the requirements but you think you are a great fit, you are welcome to apply and explain why ! How we will measure success We will jointly commit to a small number of shared pod metrics on the volume segment: Trial-to-paid conversion and the associated acquisition cost Time to first value for a new self-serve user Volume-segment recurring revenue and partner attach rate Segment CAC payback Volume sales cycle velocity We will not measure you on content volume or MQL count. Our Benefits 💰 Salary range: based on your level of experience and the competencies you'll demonstrate during the hiring process 🏦 10% bonus, based on company and individual performance 🍱 Lunch card with company contribution 👩‍⚕️ Healthcare insurance with company contribution 🖥️ Remote allowance 🏋️ Monthly credits with CSE partner 🏝️ 5 weeks of holidays and RTT 🏅 Subsidy for one sporting event per year ⚖️ Legal Care Service Your hiring journey First call with Pierre, Talent Acquisition Manager, to make sure expectations from both ends have a good chance to match (30 min) Interview with Loïc, CTPO (45 min) Deep dive on your segment-shift and pricing experience with Loic/Grégoire or Romain (1 hr) Live exercise : working from a real brief, you produce a positioning document, a specification and an automation in front of us, using the tools you work with every day. We care about your method, not a polished deliverable. (2 hrs) Conversation with Erwan, CEO (30 min) Department Engineering & Product Locations France Remote status Hybrid About CybelAngel At CybelAngel, our mission is to protect the critical data and assets of companies around the world by identifying vulnerabilities before they are exploited.
