HEAD OF PROJECT CONTROLS

Leading the growth and development of the Planning and Project Controls team for a consultancy that is growing across Commercial, Project Management, and Project Controls disciplines across the Infrastructure sector.

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 basic + Car + Package

Based: Manchester (Travel as required to client sites)

Hybrid working as required, as you will manage your own diary

The Resolute Group has been retained by an expanding Infrastructure consultancy, which has identified a key leadership position to continue its growth across the UK.

The Head of Project Controls to lead and grow its capability across major UK infrastructure programmes, with a particular focus on the Power and energy sectors.

This is a senior leadership opportunity combining business development, client engagement, team leadership and project delivery, with the scope to shape and expand an established service offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Project Controls function.
• Develop services across planning, cost, risk, change and programme governance.
• Build senior client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Lead bids, proposals, framework growth and work-winning activities.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive commercial performance, delivery standards and service-line growth.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience within a Project Controls consultancy.
• Strong technical knowledge across planning, scheduling, cost, risk and change.
• Experience across major infrastructure, power, energy, utilities or other regulated programmes.
• A track record in business development, client engagement and winning work.
